Enrollment Verification for Internship Between Undergrad and Grad School

Hi! My school has a 1-year accelerated masters program and I'm looking to get an internship for next summer, but applications open for the masters program later this summer and acceptances get sent out in March (where they also give enrollment verification). I don't want to wait until March to apply for internships because by then I'll have such a slim chance of getting anything.

However, what would I do in the case that I get an offer beforehand and don't have enrollment verification to show that I'm going to be a master's student in the fall? Also, the program also isn't considered continuous, so I wouldn't technically still be a student during the summer, would this affect my internship eligibility?

I'm really stressed about this and would be insanely appreciative for someone to help me out. Thanks so much in advance guys :)

In the same situation as you right now, would love some advice on this as well. I was debating putting something like "Masters in Finance, Undecided, May 2026" on my resume, but decided against it. I still applied/applying to 2025 internships, and if i can get a chance to explain (Cover Letter, Questions in application) I tell them about my plan to do a 1yr MsF at a top university. Hoping that works for me

If you hypothetically got an offer for the summer they wouldn’t even ask you for enrollment verification until like the month before so you’d be good by March
