European and American MSFs

I'm planning on apply to European MSFs, my GPA is a 3.1 in biology, my GMAT baseline is 640 on Knewton (37 Q, 42 V) the quant blows I've been studying and expect to be able to pull it up. I expect to finish in the upper 600s to lower 700s. What schools should I target? My preference is for the US, NYC being my number 1 choice, Miami, Boston and DC tied for 2. Where do I target as European schools seem less selective.

I don't mean to highjack your thread, but how well respected is Bocconi? And does it place well in London? I'm very interested in their MSF program (also a US student)
