For non-business major, is Villanova MSF worth it?
I went to a decent undergrad school (think of Berkeley, Emory) but majored in something basically a joke. I recently decided to pursue a career in finance, and I figured doing an MSF would probably be my best chance to secure an entry-level FT position in Wall Street given my lack of business background. I have applied to a bunch of schools, including Vanderbilt, Villanova, Rochester, UVA, SMU; Vanderbilt has already turned me down, but Villanova has given me an offer along with a slight amount of scholarship, with the rest pending decisions.
I'm now struggling to decide if I should choose Villanova, as they gave me until May 1 to pay the enrollment deposit. My ideal choice is UVA due to proximity (I currently live in DC), but I seriously doubt I will hear back from them before May. I've so far seen mixed reviews of Villanova's MSF program, with some touting its exceptional placements and others calling it a waste of time and money. I hope someone who's familiar with this program can shed some light, and any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Rogerkein, whoops, looks like nobody chimed in here.... maybe one of these discussions below is relevant:

If those topics were completely useless, don't blame me, blame my programmers...
Villanova MSF to my knowledge is what you make of it. The network at Villanova does somewhat span across the Street and is very willing to help, but the school itself is not as actively recruited as it could be. IMO if you go and grind hard asf you’ll be alright
