Freshman at target (but not in business school), how do I make it in IB?

I am an incoming freshman at a target. However, I am not in the business school but have already made plans to attempt to do an internal transfer.

I have a goal, as cliche as it might sound, to land a job at BB upon graduation. What advice do you guys have for me when it comes to networking with alumni/professors/others, getting a high GPA, clubs/organizations I should join, how and when to land those killer internships etc. Anything that makes you think "I wish I did that in college because if I did it would have made everything a lot easier now," I want to know what that is.
