For purely recruiting for finance i'd say Georgetown (being in UG biz school doesnt matter) > Berkeley (same as g town) > WashU = Emory > UCLA = Vandy

HOWEVER u care about location weather campus food dorms etc (this is purely my personal opinion), no chance in hell i'm taking WashU over any of the schools on the list. Next after the bottom of WashU would be Emory for similar reasons. If you're a social person you'll have a way better time at GTown, UCLA and Vandy. Berkeley is super sweaty and hardo but if you care about the tech door being open then theres no better place to be out of your options listed.

One thing to note about GTown is the alumni is very strong and the kids are very polished/usually upper-ish class kids who are excellent at networking and mingling in higher circles (not glazing but its true, its why they place so well in IB where that's valued). Be honest with yourself and determine if you can fit into that crowd. If not, the network is really the value there so i'd honestly look elsewhere. But me personally i'd choose GTown in a heartbeat (visited and loved the campus, D1 sports still, great domestic prestige, I don't mind the weather and it's the closest 'ivy league' experience you're going to get).

FOR ME PERSONALLY IF I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN (personal preferences)

Georgetown > UCLA (deffo weaker than other options but I loved the campus/vibe/LA when visited) > Berkeley > Emory = Vandy > WashU

They're all good enough options to get into IB and tech so pick where you'll enjoy it the most and connect best with the network
