GMAT vs GRE for BB/EB recruiting

I am a product manager in financial services who is currently undecided between what type of graduate school I want to pursue. However, one of my options is getting into an M7/T15 MBA with a goal of recruiting for bulge bracket or elite boutique investment banking firms. I am wondering if these firms prefer seeing a GMAT score when it comes to recruiting? Right now, it may make most sense for me to take the GRE to give myself optionality for different grad programs, but I still want to make sure I am not at a disadvantage for IB recruiting without a GMAT score if I choose the MBA route.

The executive assessment, GRE, and GMAT are widely accepted. The EA may limit you for a select few schools in the M7 and top 20 but it is accepted. They all will get you in the door and I’ve never been asked about which test I took for recruiting. Find out if you qualify for a waiver because tons of people are getting in with waivers.
