If you can enrol in a T25 MBA now (as in this year, or January '24 at the latest), then sure go for it. As good a time as any, and when you graduate (in 2025), you'll probably be entering a booming job market (assuming no more one-in-a-generation event happens until then....).

If you have to wait until Fall 2024 anyway, then I would not base that decision on the current recruiting climate. It wouldn't make a big difference. By the time you'd enrol, the brunt of the downturn will have likely passed and most consulting firms will probably be back to recruiting at a more normal pace.

BTW, I am talking in terms of timing only. I have no idea whether a T25 MBA would help your particular profile or not.

hey man, randomly found this thread. i wonder do you still think that the job market will improve for those who graduate in 2025? what makes you think that? right now compared to a year ago, how has the change been? are you seeing any improvement?

its worse now than last year and definitely much worse than 2021.  I think everyone is assuming things can only get better by 2024 and 2025.
