Grades to get into undergrad

I currently live in Canada and am shortly applying to some of the top undergrad schools in Canada, i.e. Western Ivey and Queen's Commerce. When taking my application into consideration what high school marks are taken into account? Is it only grade 12 or do they take your grade 11 marks into account as well, and if so how important are the grade 11 marks in terms of the overall application?

I'm going into university this coming year as well, hopefully at either Queen's or Ivey.

They're both going to look at grade 12 marks. Queen's wants at least an 87% average, Ivey wants around a 90% to be competitive.

I got excepted into both those bad boys with scholarship, Queens is heavy on your marks and Ivey loves athletes/EC's. Get above a 90 avg in gr 12 with some stories about teamwork/school involvement and you're golden
