Graduated without a FT in trading, what can I do?

Hi all, really need your advice. Bg: graduated from top French business school, targeting for S&T, with 10 months internships at XVA and IRM desk under ALM at an Asian bank. Currently based in Asia but looking for opportunities everywhere.

Sadly, I didn't manage to convert to an FT. also missed SA recruitment season. What should I do?

It seems that there are graduate program in US. But do I have chance to get one without an American academic background?

ps. S&T doesn't have HC in Asia, e.g. Hong Kong.

Thank you for any advice.
