Haas is def legit, although MBA is not their strength, their quantitative finance, financial engineering program is their most prestigious thing they have
I think Haas/Berkeley is a top 5 school. The school seems to attract really smart people that are especially interested in gaining a rigorous quantitative business education. You would probably have an extra leg up when it comes to tech IB
