HEC Paris MiF - how affordable is it really?

I saw several scholarships mentioned on the website, including the Equal Opportunity scholarship and the HEC Foundation scholarship. I'm curious if anyone got the Equal Opportunity scholarship. I am a South Asian female from a relatively low-income background (~$12K annual income with two dependents). I have one year of full-time experience in commercial banking at a middle-market bank. 645 on the GMAT FE—will retake it ahead of the R2 deadlines. 3.29 GPA (Econ major and Math minor).

Note: I understand I'll be ineligible for the Eiffel Excellence scholarship since I didn't apply in R1.
