Help me choose what university to go to
Hey y'all currently I am a senior in highschool from Canada and have been admitted into:
- Michigan State Broad
- Ohio State Fisher
- UW Madison, Pre-Business, not direct admit to the B school
Only good options I'm still waiting on are
- Western Ivey
- Queens Commerce
Just wondering what your guys thoughts are regarding what is the best option to break into Wall Street.
None of these give you a great chance, but I know UW Madison does get some looks from firms
Prob OSU from what you listed. Ofc pick ivey if you get in
The one with the highest ranking but also gives you the most money. If you have to go to a state school but you won’t be in debt for 30 years I would take that. Versus going to a school maybe that’s 20 rankings higher but you’ll be in debt till you’re 50.
If money is not an option then obviously pick that has the highest ranking.
Have couple friends who’ve broken in mostly Midwest banks from UW. Great school, great atmosphere and beautiful place. If you get into Ivey and are set on IB then that’s your place.
