Help me decide my postgraduate education

Hi, i'm a 25 year old financial analyst from Argentina (BA), trying to find one year full time MBA/MSc Finance, to further develop my carreer into either: • M&A/PE advisory • Corporate finance (business development/M&A), mainly interested in Oil/Energy sectors • Industry middle management roles

I graduated last year with a Bachelors degree in accounting at one of the top universities of Argentina (although I only got a 3.0 GPA).

I have been working as a financial analyst for 4 and a half years for a small local boutique, doing mainly M&A sell side advisory and Management Consulting.

I never prepared for GMAT.

I aspire to get a scholarship at a top 25 university either from US or Europe, do you think a have a chance with a GPA this low?

I am currently admitted at the top MSc Finance program in Argentina, but would prefer to do something outside my country.
