Henley or Bayes for MSc Real Estate

Dear All,

I am currently torn between the following programs:

Henley Business School - MSc Real Estate Finance

Bayes Business School -  MSc Real Estate Investment

While I have an offer on hand for Bayes, I am still waiting for Henley's response.

Going through the coursework, honestly, I'm leaning more towards Bayes because there are more

practical sessions (i.e. Argus training, excel, etc) than Henley (excel only, I've checked).

Appreciate if anyone has any advice or direct experience with these programs?

Also I'm opting out of LSE and Cambridge because both programs are already closed

and since i will be self funding, Cambridge especially is definitely out of my reach.

Thanks

Edit: Currently have offers for both and highly appreciate if anyone has a feedback. Thank you
