How do Grad school student get into ib
I'm currently a rising senior in semi target college. Have few internships including one IB(not inBB). Did not get a nice ib internship this summer.I plan to go to grad school right after college, and kinda confused about how to plan my summer after graduation and summer of first year master.most banks don't recruit college senior or gradschool student for intern, should I apply for off cycle interns? what's the best way to help me land an offer in ib when I graduate from grad school?thanks guys
