How do I convince my sister not to get a Masters degree

Hey all,

My younger sister has decided to get a masters degree in Environmental Science or Food Anthropology... She has a BS in ES from a decent west coast private school and has worked as a florist for her first 2 years post. My general sentiment on the 'BS Master Degree Market' created by colleges aside, I honestly dont think I have met anyone successful (my subjective definition) with a random masters aside from the obvious JD/MBA/MSC etc. Our Dad has offered to finance it but it just seems like an expensive stopgap to kill some time before she gets married... Am I being too harsh here or are there merits to these degrees I am not seeing? At the end of the day I dont care whether she goes or not I just want people to be happy and money well spent but at face value this seems like its solving for neither.
