How to be a top performer at school?

Hi all,

I am currently struggling to remain motivated during my studies. I'm doing a masters and I am just waiting for it to be over, I have little to no motivation in listening, taking notes... and just studying on my own. I'm doing it regardless, but this lack of motivation really affects my grades IMO.

I live in Europe and let's say I get around 75-80% GPA.

I'd like to find littles ways / tips to enhance my studies, and remember more, etc...

I have never been a school kid, never studied a lot but passed doing nothing and I see that today I am in difficulties because of this.

Any help would be appreciated...

If you don't particularly enjoy it, do you really want to force yourself to be a top performer? Not sure if it's worth it mentally if you don't enjoy it.

If it's about basic motivation, that's different, of course. Figure out how to keep a certain baseline level of motivation. But don't push yourself to be in the top 5% if you don't enjoy it.
