Impact of pass/fail grade for deferred MBA?

Title. I'm currently a junior majoring in Econ with an offer for next summer. Took a Computer Science elective for "fun" and turned out to be absurdly hard. I'm thinking about pass/failing - would this impact my deferred mba / regular mba admissions?

Realistically, I could get a B+ in this class but it brings my GPA below a 3.9. I've also heard they equate a Pass with a C+ so wasn't sure if I should just take the hit to GPA or pass/fail it.

Appreciate your insights!
