Is a 3.7 from a non-target Canadian school good for IB? Enough for BB?

I'm a first year student at a decent business school. Accounting and finance major, minoring in econ and compsci. Right now my GPA is likely going to be 3.7 out of 4 come the end of year. Will this be good enough for IB? Would it be wise to drop one or both of my minors and try to bump up my GPA? I am very involved at my school in the finance club, as well as a few others. I also got an S&T role in my first year. Will I be competitive enough for IB for 2nd year and 3rd year summers?
