Is NYU Stern the right move? (UG)

I love the idea of studying business in NYC but would be turning down a 1/2 scholarship from USC Marshall and a full-tuition scholarship from SMU Cox as a BBA and Hunt Scholar.

The whole "lack of college life" argument doesn't apply to me because I personally like the nontraditional lifestyle that NYU offers. Other than that aspect, would I be crazy to pay full tuition to Stern and turn down these other two schools?

Like most people might say, how important is location for you in terms of post-grad? While I get that Stern might be lucrative, I feel as though if you were good enough to get in there, you can possibly thrive at Marshall. I'm doing UG at CAS right now and if money isn't a burden I'd consider Stern but remember that New York is expensive

Congratulations on your options! As Gotze suggests, consider that New York is an expensive city and your comparison is not only Tuition, but the full cost of living.

Stern is a great school and you'll have the benefit of being able to do year-round internships in NYC, assuming you'll have the time. However, the cost is really high. Not having large debt is amazing and will allow you more flexibility and less pressure once you are looking for full time jobs.
