JHU vs Northwestern vs Ross vs UT BHP vs McIntire vs Haas

Considering between these schools for PE/IB (NYC) and possibly Consulting recruitment (NYC, Cali, Chicago). Have no preference between them but I have in-state at UT, paying around ~40k at NU and UVA, full price at rest.

Also considering quantitative finance but have zero prior CS experience and have no idea how difficult/how feasible that would be nor what the recruitment process is like.

Any info regarding recruitment/culture/clubs would be extremely helpful!
