Why would you submit it late? That shows poor time management and personally I would throw your application in the bin. You've had how many months to prepare it?

I also don't need you to lecture me on the importance of time management, rest assured that I have good time management skills and know the importance thereof. I was under extenuating circumstances. Anyway, thanks for trying to help!

I have just submitted 2 hours late due to unstable internet connection in Vietnam and I have to run from home to my office to submit... I have sent an explanation email but i am really panic now Do you think my application will get reviewed for round 2? :-
Hey nhychip, I just got an e-mail from HBS that my application will be considered for the second round even though I didn't e-mail/call them. I am sorry to hear about your situation. I hope you too get considered for the second round. Best of luck!
