Low GRE / GPA but multiple WSO certificates

I'm applying to business schools with a unique background and wondering if I can use my WSO certificates in DCF, LBO, and M&A modeling to help bolster my application? My profile for reference is below:

Black male (28), former division 1 and professional (overseas) basketball player who has an international business master's degree from the University of Essex (UK), and work experience abroad in London. I'm from and currently living in NYC. I'm a founding team member of a startup that has raised $100k and should raise more in the new year. I have a 2.5 gpa and got a 295 on the GRE today - 152 V, 143 Q. I was laid off from my full time software job (not the startup) in late August and have only been able to study for the GRE for a couple months.

I'm hoping to get into a top 25 school. Is it possible? Any schools in particular that I should target? Is M7 possible?
