M7 MBA chances plzzzz!! weak GRE V score

I'm applying to 5 of the M7 MBAs (HSW, Sloan and CBS) next fall and haven't seen anyone with a background similar to mine.

UG: Engineering at Canadian target school, 3.87/4.00 gpa

GRE: 328 (158V, 170Q) I have weak verbal skills i know...

Work experience: will have 4 yoe when I apply next fall, 5 years when I start the program. I have my CFA L1.

I don't have the most linear career, started out in ESG research (just under 2 years, 1 promotion), was in pricing/data/strategy in WM (1 year, quickly realized data is not for me), and I am currently an investment analyst at a 500M VC fund (getting a lot of deal exposure, writing investment memos, will be here for a total of 2 years if i get into the above schools).

Doing an MBA to land buyside investment roles in the US, ideally NYC, after graduation.

What are my chances of getting in and how do I increase those chances? I am mostly worried about my weak verbal score, should I retake it (161-162 seems realistic if i put in the work)?
