Marshall or MIT, Need help

Hi everyone,

New here and need some advice.

I am an international D1 athlete graduating from a non-target private school with a 4.0 GPA in economics. I want to pursue a MsF and then move into investment banking. This summer, I have a summer analyst role in Europe.

Here are my options:

Option 1: Attend a target school in Europe after my internship this fall and pursue a MsF.

Option 2: Study to improve my GRE score, work at a small fund in the fall, off-cycle intern in the spring, and hopefully secure another summer analyst role before attending graduate school in the US, potentially at MIT, USC, or Princeton.

My ultimate goal is to work in investment banking in the US. What are my chances, and which option is better?
