Masters In Finance- Which program to choose?

I am currently a Controller in the chemical industry. I would like tobreak into IB, PE, Trading etc. I cant commit to the 2 year MBA thus looking for a reputable, affordable Masters. Can you'll please help me decide? 1- I have been accepted in the MSGF Masters in Global Finance program with NYU and HKUST 2- Rice has a MECON program- Masters in Energy Economics

Thoughts on the two above? Both are 1 year.

Any other programs that don't require a GMAT/ GRE and have rolling admissions? Many thanks! and good luck to all

I've looked into both programs before. Option 1 seems like a no-brainer, unless you want to specifically work in the energy industry.
