Masters or MBA? Is it worth it?

So i’m currently going into my 3rd year of Uni studying Bsc Economics and know I still have a year left but i’m already thinking of the future. Should I complete my degree and start my masters which would be one year then start working? Or should I work immediately after graduating in order to get work experience/ letters of recommendation so that I can do an MBA later on? I know i’m going to be burnt out from academia after my masters but i’m just wondering what firms are favouring in terms of qualifications. Also some MBAs i’m looking at are abroad so not sure what i want to do. I know I can already achieve good grad job at a top firm as an analyst due to relevant internships and insight days but I really want an MBA and if i leave it too long I won’t do it lol. Also know how competitive it is to do an MBA at a top ivy is. Could anyone that has gone through a similar path or has done one or both a masters and MBA give me some insight?
