MS Accounting at Drexel vs Fordham

Hi guys. A friend of mine is looking to coming over to the U.S for her MS in Accounting. She currently is having difficulty deciding between either going to Drexel this fall or Fordham next spring. I don't think she's aiming for any BB IB or MBB consulting, and she would be happy to find a job in Big 4 Accounting after finishing her MS.

I guess it's obvious that Fordham is a better school than Drexel, and NYC > Philly in general. But in this case, her ultimate goal is just an accounting job offer (no disrespect to Accountants), so she's not sure if waiting 6 additional months to go to Fordham is worth it, if she already has a pretty good chance of getting what she's after by going to Drexel. Another incentive for her to go to Drexel is that she wants to be closer to the D.C area where she has a few friends.

So what do you guys think? Is it worth waiting half a year to go to Fordham for a more prestigious MS Accounting program, or is Drexel good enough for all intents and purposes in this case?

Thank you all very much in advance for any replies.

yea she got accepted in Drexel for this fall and Fordham next spring. She's just trying to figure out which is the better option.

Drexel Undergrad (not accounting or finance though) here. I know PwC, Deloitte and Grant Thornton hire at Drexel. It might be a bit difficult as an international student, but I am sure with some hard work and networking, she'll be able to at least land an interview at one of those three firms
