I'm a new IB analyst at a top BB and just graduated from Ross. don't mean to perpetuate the elitist culture of the school, but thought this would be a good resource for freshmen. I also included consulting clubs, but a little less knowledgeable about those. Tiers are also ranked within each other by order, btw.

PEVC tier 3, it's not anyone's main club and half don't place. WCI & BAM tier 2, both placed lights out last cycle. DSP should be at least tier 3.
Totally agree. I was truly impressed with WCI and BAM this cycle and can only see it going up from here.
where are yall getting these facts do yall even go to ross. PEVC probably had top 3-4 placements in the entire school this year after VVI, MIBC, and GIC; you're right that there's a lot of overlap with MII/GIC, where people's main clubs will usually be those, but it doesn't take away from the results. I think they had like 5-6 EB placements and GS/JPM/Bofa and some other BBs. non ib-wise 2026 was pretty ridiculous--- multiple Blackstones and JMIs, a Millennium, and a KKR. I think they've had a couple general atlantics and some distressed debt funds too since
DSP tier 1.5. They just won a PCT and AKPsi cross-bid this fall.

Former VVI alum here. When I was at Ross, the club was solid but new and not near the top. What’s helped them rise in standing so much?
education that's like actually good & upperclassmen that care. also lots of overlap between MII + VVI / GIC/MIBC, in that MIBC usually takes a few kids from VVI by rule of board being VVI. Since there's no "pick one club" mandate, this is why VVI has done better.
