Let me give you a very strong warning. Do not go to any school that is willing to accept you for a Master's in Physics, CS, Math, Stats etc. coming from an accounting background. What could you possibly learn in the two year Masters in CS if you haven't done any CS yet? By the end of the Masters, you would know even less than someone with a bachelors in CS, let alone enough to do any research or demonstrate a strong specialty.

I see where you're coming from, but why would you learn less than someone with a bachelors? Two years of studying straight CS should, theoretically, get you up to a bachelors level or above, right?
