MSc Finance - ESCP vs Imperial

Hello everyone,

I am a final year French bachelor student and I applied to Imperial & ESCP programs to get into EB or BB in London (I didn't have the time to pass the GMAT).

I have received an offer from Imperial and am waiting for an answer from ESCP.

What do you think is the best program in terms of placement in London?

Do you think these programs will allow me to reach EB/BB ?

Previous work experience: 6 months in Audit Big 4, 6 months in Top French VC, 6 months in French Midcap M&A boutique

Thanks for your help!

Given that these programs are semi-target for London, do you think it's worth the cost to take out a loan for this? Or is it better to start in a French MM and hope to transition to London afterwards?

Hi there, wondering to what extent the two masters are “not target”. Obviously, both are great business school, despite being slightly lower in reputation than the likes of HEC/LSE/LBS/Bocconi. However, do you really think that your chances to score a Tier 1 BB/EB gig and later down the line, land MF PE roles tank?

On another note, I was also wondering the difference in Tier 1 gigs turnouts from specialised MSc Finance programmes at schools like Imperial/ESCP, vs. non-specialised, 2-year MiM programmes at HEC/LBS?
