MSF - OSU vs Rochester

Hi, I have received admits from OSU's SMF program (scholarship decision awaited) and Rochester's (Simon) MS Finance program (35% scholarship). I'm yet to receive decision from UMD, ASU and UT Austin. UT Austin is kind of ambitious for me. I don't know about my profile value at UMD. I think I would get into ASU. I am an international student and currentlt working at an real estate IB startup in India. I hope to start in IB after the MSF. Please guide me on how to proceed with this? Which is better among OSU and Rochester? I know UT Austin is better them all. But what about UMD and ASU? Are they better than OSU and UoR?

Thank you so much for your time, Best Regards, Dishant H
