MSF: SMU vs. Rochester

Rochester has offered me 60% scholarship and SMU is re-assessing my application for scholarship after I asked them to match up the offer. I am an international student and want to enter the IB or AM market in the US post graduation. I am not sure if I should even consider Rochester because I haven't seen many successful MSF in the US. I have heard they focus on placing their international students back in their home countries. SMU, on the other hand, has way better employment statistics but it is a lot more expensive than Rochester without scholarship. I am super confused - please help me out.
