If you really do want to create a start-up UCL is the obvious answer its significantly more internationally recognised than Durham which would probably make it easier to acquire funding from top VC's. I dont see the point in taking a gap year to apply to LSE again. I'm only 18 and I practically failed my A Levels so take my "advice" lightly lol.
