Non target course at Target uni?

Got two offers from UK targets (UCL/WW) to study CS+Math. At the end of Y1 I can try and transfer to straight Math and also take up Econ courses alongside.

Main interest is high finance (IB/PE/S&T).Leaning UK because of the brand and potential course change, but worried about the UK grad market too. Would appreciate thoughts from people who have been through something similar or have insight on market trends for me

If UK market is looking bad then will just go to a US non target for uni
