Non Target guy, wants to pursue smth at target

So currently I'm doing MS Finance at non target university in CT as international student on F1 , but wants big name on my resume, im 21 ans i can't do MBA as I don't have experience, PhD is not my thing, so like is there anyways to attend big school, i saw many linkedin profiles who just attended summer Finance program, other short term course.

So should i go for those summer program? There are other online course which cost around 80k i think at upenn and like 8k around for one program at harvard etc Or should i go for 2nd master again? Or something else? Any insights appreciated.
