Non-trad - healthcare mgmt, Non-target MBA, Germany. Career switch into PE/VC/Corpdev?

Hello all, i am in Germany doing an MBA from one of the top b-schools here, 5 years healthcare (2.5 yrs corp strategy) and want to make the switch to PE/VC/CVC. My goal is corpdev and M&A, esp in healthcare/biotech, work on deals/advise on deals.

Am one of the top students (esp in finance), graduating April ‘24. I appreciate your advice. After grad, should I aim for an internship or analyst role, or is that too low an expectation? Should I try to break into biotech/healthcare corpdev directly instead (and at what level - analyst/associate)? And how could I also form a network outside of Germany, e.g. London? Or should I stick to Germany and EU-focused funds? I appreciate if you have success tips for non-trad folks.
