NYU/HKUST Master of Science in Global Finance

I am considering applying to this program and was curious if folks had an opinion or any knowledge of it. For those who are unfamiliar with the program (like I was before doing some research), it's an executive style masters program jointly sponsored by NYU Stern and HKUST Business School.

My goal is to ultimately attend a top 10 MBA program, but I did not have a stellar undergrad performance. So, the idea is to do very well in a program like this and use it as a stepping stone into business school with ultimate end goal of getting into consulting.

My background: have been out of school for almost 6 years, all of which I have spent underwriting insurance and now reinsurance.

Any info/input will be greatly appreciated.
