Part time MBA worth it?

Real estate monkeys - do you think a part time MBA from somewhere like NYU Stern / UCLA would be worth it? Currently an REPE associate and feel like I could swing one of these PT MBA’s given WLB at my firm. I don’t want to go back for an MBA full time and wish to stay in real estate. I went to a very non target school so am wondering if having an MBA on my resume will help in the long run (alumni/networking, giving myself a bit more pedigree, etc.).
