PE Female Dress Code

Hi all -- recently scored an offer at MF PE shop in London. Coming from MBB, where the dress code is far more relaxed (think business casual and varies widely depending on the client), I was wondering what's the dress code I should expect in PE -- specifically for females, please. Would love details -- from importance of brands (and which ones!?) to what's a set of clothes you'd recommend as a must in my closet. Thanks! xxx

P.S. Any females trying to break in -- DM me with your deets! I'm planning to help prep some women, so we can diversify the industry a bit more. ;)

Little man, your mediocrity is adorable and it may have gotten you somewhere 10 years ago. BUT the times they are a-changin’ ;)

I'd love to be wrong - so please please explain why you're so afraid of competition from female peers?
