Female trader in dress attire Prop firm Interview?

I have an interview with a prop firm, 99 % men. I know that they have a 'casual' environment, even my email correspondence with the interviewer has been casual and informal.

I m sure that the guys probably wear a blue or white shirt and trousers, but I really don't know what to wear to my interview.

Would smart dark navy jeans, with silk blouse and flat slip on loafers eg ralph lauren. tods - essentially, the Preppy look, be ok?

I don't want to come across as someone who belongs in an IB, that got lost on their trading floor

as a male prop trader who has worked with female prop traders....i'll say this...don't be afraid to look hot. Maybe don't bare your midriff...but no guy (except maybe Mike Pence) has ever said "i don't want to work with a hot girl".

just google it...you're welcome

I’m not sure that is good advice. There are firms that specifically won’t hire hot receptionists because of the risks of getting bad juju. Or being a distraction. Or a potential sexual harassment lawsuit... actually that’s a pretty good reason to just not hire females. But wouldn’t stop me. But hiring a “hot” girl is sort of like a trade buying a Lamborghini/Ferrari. It’s bad luck or is a sign that priorities are changing from trading focused to lifestyle focused.

The best advice is for her just to be professional, maybe not overdressed. If anything on attractiveness casual cute is the way to go... trying to be “hot” would scare a lot of desks. I’d personally run from a candidate going for that vibe.
