Penn State Student (4.0 hs and college gpa so far and 36 ACT) Wanting to Transfer

I am a current freshman at a non/semi target (Penn State). Was wondering if it would be worth applying for transfer to these schools or I should stay at Penn State (only paying 5k a year so cheap as fuck): All ivies (except Dartmouth, HYP, Brown), Duke, Georgetown, UChicago, NYU Stern, and Northwestern.  Also are there any other targets that I should add that are worth paying a lot of money for. Thanks guys!

Is transferring to one of those schools worth it when I try to recruit for 27 SA?

Yes its worth it

Let's be real - Penn State is a non-target unless you have nepo or something else. However, if you're paying 5K a year versus 95K at target, I personally would leverage Penn State to the hilt. If needed, you could do a masters or MBA in the future.

I don't go to Brown, but why not Brown? They are a solid target and the proximity, network, and ivy status is hard to beat. That being said, unless you're lying or have a red flag you should get into a target for transfer.

Yeah ok I guess I will add Brown to the list. Any other targets I should add that are worth the money or all of those enough. Thanks

You can add Notre Dame (Mendoza). I think that is the last target you can add. Otherwise, you can add semi-targets or schools that you live close to.
