Hey everyone, wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the temperature of the job market for US real estate jobs. For context, I'm a 2nd year MBA student at a T15 who interned at a top specialized REIT on their investments team last summer, with previous experience in institutional debt/equity placement. Ideally looking to start in REPE, or private credit after graduation in May/June, but also open to asset management jobs as a fallback.
