Post-MBA Title, Comp, and hours expectations at in Growth Equity

I'm extremely fortunate to have been admitted to HSW and I'm thinking about next steps in my career. I'm in Growth Equity and have loved it, but my fund is small and (I assume) atypical  in structure given size.

What should someone like me expect in a post-MBA role at a growth equity shop, in terms of title, comp, and hours?
