Hi daddydaycare, any of these threads helpful:
You're welcome.

It is extremely difficult to asses a profile without a given GMAT/GRE score. I understand you are aiming for 700+, but that is not sufficient. Are there any mock tests to go off of?
Assuming you do score a 700. Your profile is average for top programs, by that I mean that its not competitive, nor is it weak.
MIT's class profile is 700-770 80% percentile with 3.75 GPA. Your GMAT will be on the low-end, while GPA is also on the lower-end.
For UK B-Schools 2:1 Honors - US equivalent is usually around 3.5 minimum. But a high GMAT will do the trick.
Once again, your GPA is average - not good, but not bad. But your GMAT can overcome any hurdles.
Additionally to add to the list, please also consider LBS - MFA.
