Quant degree vs Business degree

Hi guys,

Will a quant finance degree (M.Sc computational and mathematical finance) boost my chances of making it to top IBs or should I go for an MBA instead? I'm inclined towards maths/stats/econometrics since graduation but couldn't secure an IB job hence, a master's is my only hope now. What do you guys think?

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Harshvardhan
