Rice ($$$$) vs Vanderbilt ($$$) vs UNC ($$) for IB

I was lucky enough to receive a full ride from Rice, 100k from Owen, and 70k from UNC in R1. My goal is to break into IB with 3 years of experience in a sort or relevant field.

I know all 3 of these schools are semi-target and have already begun prepping recruiting to put myself in the best possible position. I'm also aware that Rice would pigeon hole me into the energy sector which would not be my first choice but it may be worth it if the recruiting is "easier". Any thoughts or shared experiences would be much appreciated. Not sure if it matters but I am a white male.
