Super strong shop 1st year associates make $325K apparently

For the curious, my comment got removed for saying they're getting kicked in the balls, referring to the $1B + in office short sales and foreclosures that have come off their balance sheet in the past 18 months. Fund V is probably completely out of the promote at this point and I wouldn't be surprised if Fund VI ends up in the same place as these CBD office assets continue to be marked to market. LPs may have noticed given that Fund VII missed target raise. Sorry if I offended anybody by observing that.

Are they the only ones with this issue? No. Will they continue to raise multi-billion dollar funds and rake in tons of fees? Yes. Am I salty that I don't work there? No. It's not the only place you can make $300k+ in your 20's. ;)

Their issue with retaining talent is not pay, it's burnout.
