Rotman MFRM?

Does anybody have any thoughts on UofT Rotman's Master of Financial Risk Management (MFRM) program? It looks decent enough for new grads who are less interested in the IB/PE route. Just doing a quick LinkedIn search, I can see they place decently well into buy side (pension funds) and the higher tier risk roles (i.e. market and wholesale credit risk) as well as other quant roles. How good of an option would it be for allowing a non-target to re-brand?
