[quote=Barbarian@theGate]Not to sound like a jerk, but both of these schools have clearly-stated decision dates before which you will not be notified

Booth - 3/21

Kellogg - 3/26

http://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/Programs/FullTimeMBA/Applying/Deadl…]

From Kellogg's website:

"Application decisions may be released on or before the decision deadline, but the majority of decisions will be released during the last few weeks of the round."

Thanks for the contribution.

What Barbarian said.

Also, Booth has historically called some admitted applicants the day before to notify them, so 3/20 is the absolute earliest.

Some or all? Tempering expectations...

My bad, only had experience with Booth. In R1 they called admits the day prior to the decision deadline, and notified all denials / waitlists via email on the decision deadline.

I've already started planning for the worst...already dinged on one, all but dinged on the second, with one left.

As much as reapplying sounds fucking terrible, working abroad for a year and applying to a couple different places sounds good. I refuse to save orphans just to get into school.

I think that last year the final call recorded on gmatclub was around 5:00 pm CST.

Personally, I was an R1 WL and was admitted today around 1 CST. Best of luck to all of you dudes

@ abacab. i feel ya buddy. its tough.

Just got placed on the waitlist for U of C. They sent the email out first thing in the morning (10:00AM EST). Good luck to all.

@short congrats on Duke- great school. Fun times at the D1 bball games.

WL'd at Booth. Will probably pay my Mccombs deposit to hold my place and remain on Booth's waitlist. Not the outcome I was hoping for but at least there is still a chance.
